Anti- and pro-viral effects of 2′CMC, arbidol, ribavirin, and atorvastatin in WNV-infected eNPCs. Supernatants of WNV-infected eNPCs, non-treated or treated with compounds at 10 µM, were collected 48 hpi and analyzed for A–D viral RNA expression (RT-qPCR) and D–F virus titer (TCID₅₀/mL). Results are pooled from 2 independent experiments performed in triplicate. They are expressed as the mean ± SD. Comparison between WNV-infected treated and non-treated eNPCs was performed with a two-tailed unpaired Mann Whitney test with p-values significant when *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01.
