Effects of possible inhibitors on FLU-R formation in vitro. The production of FLU-R in the cytosol-like fractions from H. contortus adults (ISE, a drug-susceptible strain, and IRE, a drug-resistant strain) inhibited by chosen inhibitors relative to that produced in the inhibitor-free control, which represents 100% formed FLU-R. Data are presented as the mean ± SD. *Indicates a significant difference between the control and inhibitor groups within the strain (ISE or IRE) at P < 0.05.
