Immunohistochemical staining of the MG antigen in TOC. The expression and location of claudin-1, ZO-1 and occludin in TOCs were observed via immunohistochemistry. Claudin-1, ZO-1 and occludin levels in TOCs exposed to MG were determined by densitometry. A significant difference (p < 0.01) between the control and MG-treated groups is denoted by an asterisk.
