For miRNA expression, the RT‒qPCR result was normalized to U1A expression levels. For mRNA, the RT-qPCR result was normalized to glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) expression levels. Significant differences in gene expression levels are indicated as follows: *p < 0.05; **p < 0.01; and ***p < 0.001. Error bars indicate the SEM (n = 3) of three technical replicates.
