Chemotaxis of ovine PMN induced by FhAg 100 μg/mL. A Ovine PMN (n = 3) were placed in a transwell system and incubated for 120 min to allow PMN migration through 3 μm diameter pores to the bottom of the plate. Plain medium was used as negative control. The graphic represents the number of PMN that migrated to the bottom of the plate. Statistical significance was defined as p < 0.05 in ratio paired t-test (p = 0.010). B, C FhAg induced-PMN chemotaxis displaying PMN with elongated and irregular shapes compatible with activated cells.
