Effects of miR-153 on cell apoptosis. IPEC-J2 cells were transfected with miR-153 mimics or transfected with miR-153 inhibitor and then incubated with TsExos. Then, the assays were carried out. Apoptosis of IPEC-J2 cells was determined by staining with annexin V and PI followed by flow cytometry (A) or by staining with Hoechst 33258 (B).
