Phylogenetic tree based on analysis of G and N protein amino acid sequences of piscine Novirhabdovirus by the neighbour joining method. Sixteen VHSV isolates, representatives of HIRRV, IHNV and SHRV isolates as well as the CarRV isolate 583 were included in the analysis. The accession numbers of the gene sequences used in the analysis are specified next to the names of the virus isolates. Bootstrap values above 50% are shown on the branches.
