Identification of PPRV-induced IRF1-AS. A Schematic representation of the IRF1-AS and IRF1 locus in the Capra hircus genome. B–D EECs were infected with PPRV at an MOI of 3 for the indicated times, and the transcription levels of IRF1-AS (B), IRF1 (C) as well as the protein levels of IRF1 (D), were measured by quantitative RT-PCR and Western blot assay, respectively. E The relative quantification of IRF1 protein levels compared to β-actin protein levels was determined by densitometry. β-actin was used as a loading control in Western blot analysis.
