The outer membrane proteins extracted from E. coli, KP and P. aeruginosa were subjected to Western blot analysis using the anti-rPhoE mouse serum as the primary antibody, and an HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG as the secondary antibody. Positive bands with approximately 38Â kDa correspond to the size of PhoE (lane 1: KP, lines 2 and 3: E. coli). No cross-reactivity was observed for P. aeruginosa.Back to article page
