Regulatory effect of MnHippo on the expression of AMPs. A Sequence-specific MnHippo-dsRNA was injected into S. aureus-infected prawns to inhibit MnHippo expression. B–F The mRNA expression levels of MnALF1, MnALF4, MnCrus5, MnCrus7, and MnLyso2 after S. aureus stimulation in the haemocytes of MnHippo-interfered prawns. The significant differences between the normal group and treated groups were subjected to one-way ANOVA. The different letters indicate significant differences compared with the other groups (P < 0.05).
