From: Long non-coding RNA LNC_000641 regulates pseudorabies virus replication
Lnc641 induction in PK-15 and ST cells by PRV. PK-15 and ST cells were infected with ZJ01 and LA PRV strains at a MOI of 0.5 for 22 h. LncRNA expression levels were determined by qRT-PCR and normalized to β-actin.
