mAb-PN9cx3 administration alleviates the lung pathological lesions induced by PRRSV challenge in vivo. Tissue samples from the lungs of all the animals autopsied at 21 dpi were fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin, embedded in paraffin blocks and sectioned for histological analysis using established accepted procedures. The sections were stained with haematoxylin and eosin (H&E) to facilitate the observation of micropathological changes. Representative images were captured, and the scale bar represents a length of 100 μm.
