Microinjection in a pig colon organoid to access the luminal side: initial experiments using a non-toxic food dye. The micro-injection was monitored under a microscope and successively shows the insertion of the needle into the organoid (A and B), the injection of the dye into the pig organoid (B and C) and the removal of the needle (D).
