REV specific T helper 1 (Th1)/Th2 cytokine responses induced 7 days and 14 days post single and double immunization (IM). Th1 (interferon (IFN)-γ) and Th2 (interleukin (IL)-4) cytokines in serum of chickens were detected by ELISA. A strong Th2 response was induced in the vaccinated chickens. Significant differences between Th1 and Th2 cytokines (IFN-γ and IL-4) were evaluated at (*p < 0.05) or (**p < 0.01).
