IIFA analysis of the binding of rTsP to the normal murine enteral epithelium (100×). Tissue sections from the normal murine intestine, liver and lung were first incubated with rTsP at 37 °C for 2 h. After washing, the sections were probed at 37 °C for 1 h with anti-TsP serum, infection serum or pre-immune serum and then stained using anti-mouse IgG-FITC conjugate. DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclei blue. The sections were observed under fluorescence microscopy. Scale bars: 100 μm.
