Antigen-binding analysis by ELISA. scFv in different concentrations were added to 96-well plates coated with soluble VP2 in different concentrations (0, 0.2, 0.5, 2, 6, 8, 10 ng/µL). Binding was detected with mouse anti-His monoclonal antibody conjugated with HRP. The binding activity was measured as absorbance at 450 nm produced by peroxidase. Data of each point represented as Mean ± SD of triplicate.
