HcESP stimuli changed the cytokine secretion profiles of T cells in vitro. Goat T cells were incubated in the presence or absence of HcESPs for 24 h. The secretion of IL-2, IL-4, IL-10, IL-17A, IFN-γ and TGF-β1 in the culture supernatant was detected by ELISA. The results presented here are representative of three independent experiments. The data are presented as minimum to maximum; *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001, ****P < 0.0001 vs the control group.
