Cytokines secreted by the spleen, mesenteric lymph nodes (MLNs) and Peyer’s patches (PPs) of mice vaccinated with rTsE at various times post-vaccination. The concentrations of four cytokines (IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-4, and IL-10) were determined in the supernatant after spleen, MLN and PP cells were stimulated by 10 μg rTsE for 72 h.
