Recognition of native TsE at diverseT. spiralisstage worms by IFT with serum from mice vaccinated by rTsE, alone ISA 201 adjuvant or PBS. Green fluorescence was located at the cuticle, stichosome of IIL and AW, and intrauterine embryos of female AW of this parasite.
