  1. The proportions of RT-PCR positive cattle were calculated in all sampled cattle and in sampled cattle only exposed to vector-borne transmission (popA and popB), in the whole study area and in the NE and SW areas separately.
  2. NE: North–East; SW: South–West; N°: number of; RT-PCR + %: proportion of positive results by RT-PCR, calculated over the whole period from June to December 2016.
