The relative gene expression values were determined by RT-qPCR in spleen and kidney as the mean of expression relative to the endogenous control ef1a. Means and standard deviations (n = 3), were calculated by the formula, expression value of each gene/expression value of ef1a. The p values are shown as *p < 0.05.
