Analysis of bBD4A protein levels in CM, ACM and CACM from bovine fetal FB, BM-MSC and AT-MSC bovine fetal FB, BM-MSC and AT-MSC activated by exposure to S. aureus for 6 h. Higher levels of bBD4A were detected in CCM from FB, BM-MSC and AT-MSC compared to CM. Activation of BM-MSC and AT-MSC increased (P > 0.05) bBD4A levels in ACM compared to CM.
