Dectin-2 is expressed in ovine ruminal mucosa tissue and OREC. A Dectin-2 expression in the spinous layer cells and basement layer cells of ovine ruminal mucosa tissue assessed by immunohistochemistry. Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections of mucosa from the ovine rumen were stained with Dectin-2 Mouse mAb at 10 μg/mL.
