Virus neutralising antibody titers of VLP-vaccinated and control horse sera against AHSV 5. All horses were vaccinated on day 0 and received a boost vaccination on day 27. Pre- (day 0) and post- (days 27, 41, 69, 97, 125 and 153) virus neutralization titres (vnt) against serotypes 5 (A), 8 (B) and 4 (C) for all VLP- and control vaccinated horses were determined.
