Subcellular localization of rTsgal binding to IECs by confocal microscopy. The IECs were pre-incubated with rTsgal for 2 h at 37 °C, then incubated with anti-rTsgal serum, and finally stained with goat anti-mouse IgG-FITC conjugate, and counterstained with propidium iodide (PI).
