Scheme and pictures from infected porcine lungs after A. pleuropneumoniae infection. 7 weeks after their first immunization, pigs were challenged with a concentration of 106 CFU/mL of live A. pleuropneumoniae HK361 in an aerosol chamber. 1 week after challenge, pigs were euthanized, and lungs and thorax were examined.
