Robust expression of particular IFN and ISG was also induced in human 293T cells during the ATMUV infection. 293T cells were infected with or without ATMUV at an MOI of 1.0 and harvested at 0, 12, 24, 36 and 48 hpi, respectively. Quantitative real-time PCR analysis was performed to examine the mRNA expression of ATMUV envelop gene (A), human type I and type III IFN (B–D, I) and indicated key ISG (E–H). ATMUV envelop gene’s mRNA expression at 12 hpi was set to 1.0. ATMUV envelop gene expression at 24–42 hpi was compared to the expression at 12 hpi.
