  2. Five ewes (ewe 1 to 5) were primo inoculated with SBV infectious serum at day 0 of the experiment. The numbers indicate the first and last day of RNAemia and the day of first seropositive result measured with virus neutralisation test without (VNTw/d) and with (VNTd) heat-inactivation of the serum. The first seropositive result measured with ELISA directed against the SBV N-protein for IgM (IgM ELISA, cut-off 17%) and IgG (IgG ELISA, cut-off 27%) are also given.
