Growth kinetics of MCMV HaNa1 and MCMV Smith in MWFc. The virus titers generated in MWFc were determined, and growth curves of HaNa1 and Smith were plotted. The inactivation curve shows the drop of virus titers at 37 °C in culture medium due to inactivation events. The mean virus titer (log10 TCID50/mL) and standard deviation (n = 3) were shown in the diagram.
