  1. Dust samples collected in petri-dishes were extracted and then subject to sPMCA. Detailed are the individual samples that were extracted and subject to 9 rounds of sPMCA before PK digestion and analysis by dot blot. sPMCA products were scored positive/negative by dot blot after round 9.
