The effect of IL - 10 neutralization on Tci - L4 - ES mediated lymphocyte suppression. PBMC from helminth-naïve lambs were cultured with ConA + 15 μg/mL Tci-L4-ES in the presence or absence of 5 μg/mL IL-10 neutralizing mAb CC320 (ConA+ES+αIL10) or 5 μg/mL IgG1 isotype control mAb (ConA+ES+isotype). Proliferation was assessed after 72 h by measurement of [3H] thymidine incorporation.
