Concentration of IL-1β and TNF-α in supernatants of PAM pre-incubated with T-2 toxin. Cells were cultured for 1 h in the presence (black bars) or absence (white bars) of 3 nM of T-2 toxin before their activation with different TLR-agonists: TLR2-agonist (HKLM = 10 μg/mL); TLR4-agonist (LPS = 10 μg/mL); TLR2/6-agonist (FSL1 = 1 μg/mL) and TLR7-agonist (Imiquimod = 10 μg/mL) for 16 h. IL-1β (A) and TNF-α (B) concentrations were determined by ELISA in PAM culture supernatants. Concentrations obtained in negative controls (vehicle) were subtracted from concentration values in treated samples.
