Amino acid sequences shaded yellow (aa N219- A233 of the N-protein of VHSV), green (aa T224-T230 of the N-protein of VHSV), red (aa S251-A256 of the N-protein of VHSV) or blue (aa S271-M280 of the N-protein of VHSV) correspond to the synthetic oligopeptides used in epitope mapping of mAb IP5B11.
