Vimentin reassembles at the cell membrane of swine tracheal epithelial cells in response to SS2 infection. A The distribution of vimentin (green) in STEC was detected by immunofluorescence staining at 2 hpi. The cell nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue). Scale bar, 100 μm. B STEC were infected with SS2 (MOI 50) for the indicated time. The expression of vimentin in the cell membrane of STEC was detected by Western blot.
