Design of ALV-J artificial tumor animal experiment. In vivo transfection was performed after chicks hatched, in which the liposome complexes of eukaryotic expression plasmids (pCAGGS-chTERT-eGFP, pCAGGS-eGFP) were injected intramuscularly and intraperitoneally, 200 µg per chicken, with supplementary injection every 2 weeks. The recombinant lentivirus (lentivirus chTERT + eGFP, lentivirus NC) was injected intraperitoneally, 200 µL (105 TU·mL-1) per chicken, with supplementary injection every 1 month. Two intra-batch repeats were performed for each group.
