Binding of native TsCTL with enteral epithelium from infected mice at various times after T. spiralis infection. Intestinal sections from infected mice at different times after infection were probed with anti-rTsCTL immune serum and infection serum, and immunostaining on enteral epithelium was detected at 1, 3, 7 and 14 dpi. Cell nuclei were stained blue with DAPI. Scale bars: 200 μm.
