Schematic diagram of the enriched regulatory pathways in P. aeruginosa PAO1 biofilms treated with CRAMP based on transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics analyses. The preformed PAO1 biofilm (3 days) was treated with 62.5 µg/mL CRAMP for 1 h. CRAMP mainly involved the synthesis of exopolysaccharide, c-di-GMP metabolism, regulation of the PQS system, and flagellar assembly. The red dots represent c-di-GMP.
