Pathological examination of various organs of inoculated mice. Various organ tissues from the inoculated mice, including the brain, liver, heart, spleen and kidney, were collected and used for pathological examination at 4, 7, and 14 days post-infection. The samples from the mice inoculated with virulent parental PRV GX were considered positive.
