Effect of the gapA/crmA modifications on the replication of M. gallisepticum. TOCs (n = 5/group/time) were collected at consecutive time points and processed for M. gallisepticum (MG) genome quantification. Values were normalized against the RPL13 housekeeping gene. Normalized data are presented as mean Ct. Error bars indicated standard deviation (SD). Different small letters indicate significant differences between the four variants at the same time point. One-way-AOV (ANOVA) Tukey HSD all-pairwise comparison test, with α = 0.05, verified with Two-sample t-test, p < 0.05. Graph represents summary of three independent experiments.
