Antibody profiling of piglet serum against different PRRSV structural proteins. All serum samples of different groups of piglets collected from the indicated time points were subjected to indirect ELISA to measure antibody levels against all PRRSV structural proteins, including the GP2a, GP3, GP4, GP5 M and N proteins. The absolute OD 450 value was used to generate a heatmap for visualization of antibody profiles against PRRSV structural proteins. Deceased piglets are marked by “*”.
