Detection of viral RNA in lymphoid and non-lymphoid organs by RT-qPCR. Organ samples from vaccinated (VN751), IC89-infected and MA08-infected animals were analysed for the presence of PPRV. The Cq 40 value represents absence of viral genome in samples. Single lines in each group assessment represent the median. P-values were calculated using Tukey multiple comparison tests with individual variances computed for each comparison.
