Ability of M. hyorhinis enolase to bind plasminogen and fibronectin. Microtiter plates were coated with plasminogen or fibronectin. Increasing concentrations of rEno protein were added to individual wells. Bound rEno was detected with anti-rEno serum and compared with wells without protein added. The results are expressed as means ± SD of three experiments with triplicate samples (**p < 0.01).
