ELISPOT assays of IFN-γ and IL-4 cytokine-secreting splenocytes from immunized mice. Spots of cytokine-producing cells from the spleens were stimulated and counted based on 5 × 106 cells per well. A. Level of IFN-γ produced by splenocytes stimulated with 10 μg of PhoE protein per 100 µL. B. Level of IL-4 produced by splenocytes stimulated with 10 μg of PhoE protein per 100 µL.
