From: Deleting qseC downregulates virulence and promotes cross-protection in Pasteurella multocida
Serum IgG antibody titers. Mice were immunized with inactivated PmCQ2, inactivated ΔqseC and live ΔqseC, respectively. Blood was collected via the tail vein route at 21-day after immunization for serum isolation. The serum antibodies against A PmCQ1, B PmCQ2, C PmCQ4, D PmCQ5, E PmB, F PmF, G PmP, H PmQ, I PmR were detected. The IgG antibody titers of mice immunized with J inactivated PmCQ2, K inactivated ΔqseC, L live ΔqseC that against different P. multocida strains were analyzed.
