Colocalization of HSP70 and PEDV. Vero cells were infected with PEDV at an MOI of 1. Cells were fixed at 24 hpi, and double immunofluorescence analysis was performed with anti-PEDV (green) and anti-HSP70 (red) antibodies. Mock treatments served as negative controls.
