Analysis of the H₂O₂ stress response of strains WT/pUC19 and WT/pUClsrR. A The strains WT/pUC19 and WT/pUClsrR with an initial OD₆₀₀ of 0.03 were inoculated into LB broth containing 100 μg/mL ampicillin and incubated for 2 h. Then the cultures of the control group (A) and the experimental group (treated with 6 μL 30% hydrogen peroxide for 1 h) (B) were ten-fold serially diluted, and 3 μL of each dilution was dropped onto LB agar plates and cultured overnight. The above dilutions of the control group (C) and the experimental group (D) were spread onto the LB agar plates. After incubation overnight, the colony forming units were analyzed. (^∗∗∗P  <  0.001).
