Analysis of the H₂O₂ stress response of strains WT/pSTV28, XW10/pSTV28, and XW10/pClsrR. The strains WT/pSTV28, XW10/pSTV28 and XW10/pClsrR with an initial OD₆₀₀ of 0.03 were inoculated into LB broth containing 15 μg/mL chloramphenicol and incubated for 2 h. Then the cultures of the control group (A) and the experimental group (treated with 6 μL 30% hydrogen peroxide for 1 h) (B) were ten-fold serially diluted, and 3 μL of each dilution was dropped onto LB agar plates and cultured overnight. The above dilutions of the control group (C) and the experimental group (D) were spread onto the LB agar plates. After incubation overnight, the colony forming units were analyzed.
