Tissue localization of TsGSCP in T. spiralis in different stages. IIF analysis with worm cross-sections was performed using anti-rTsGSCP serum. Immune staining was primarily localized in the cuticle of ML and IIL and female intrauterine embryos in the nematode. No immune staining in worm cross-sections was observed with preimmune serum or anti-MBP serum, which were the negative controls. Scale bars, 50 μm.
