Efficiency of MnHippo knockdown by dsRNA interference. Thirty micrograms of MnHippo-dsRNA was injected into each prawn. The normal group and GFP-dsRNA injection group served as control groups. Haemocytes of five prawns from each group were sampled at 36 h post-injection to detect the RNAi efficiency by qRT-PCR. β-Actin was used as the reference gene. Vertical bars represent the mean ± S.D. (N = 5). The asterisk indicates a significant difference between the MnHippo-dsRNA group and the GFP-dsRNA group (**P < 0.01).
