Validation for the microarray analysis of mRNA expression in neutrophils stimulated with M. bovis. Bovine neutrophils were evaluated at 3 h after stimulation with M. bovis in three cows. Validation of mRNA expression for immune response-related factors confirmed by microarray analysis; significant difference at *P < 0.05 or **P < 0.01 compared to unstimulated controls.
